Start Menu Folder Icon Not Displaying Properly

I was wondering if anyone could help with an issue i'm having with open folder icons. For some reason the selected folders and also the 'open' folder option display correctly everywhere else but in start menu -> all programs, where it appears to be a broken link or something. I followed the Open Folder Icon - Change tutorial to make sure everything was set up correctly, although I still have this minor problem.
