    Windows Shortcut Symbols

How do you change the Windows Shortcut Symbols to make them smaller? They're ridiculous large at the moment.

There is a forum thread here How to shrink those HUGE shortcut icons in Vista - 3dGameMan: Kickass Forum that says how to fix Vista's but the link supplied 404'd.

Anyone know how to fix it? I don't want to completely remove them though.

Right click on the desktop and select view - Icons.

Are you referring to the icons for each shortcut, or the arrow on each icon for the shortcut icons?

    Hello Poketama,

The program in METHOD TWO of the tutorial below will still work in Windows 7. It will allow you to change the shortcut arrow to what you like.
