Windows 7: Binding a key to a shortcut

Binding a key to a shortcut

I want to bind a kind to a shortcut (icon, like a shortcut to a game) specifically the key that minimises all windows. I have show desktop, but as I understand it brings up a seperate pane with the desktop over existing windows instead of minimising them and as such doesn't show ObjectDock.

Is there a way to do this?

Bump for minor justice, sorry - it's better than making a new thread.

Hmm maybe I'm missing what your trying to say? You just want to bind a key on your keyboard to launch a program or game? If so just right click there should be (Shortcut Key) None, lemme know if you were looking for something different.

Thanks,

Nevermind, I don't need it anymore. Problem solved, one way or another.
