If you have the taskbar at default location at the bottom of the desktop and set the taskbar to use small icons, which makes the taskbar skinnier, it won't show the date below the time on the taskbar. In order to show the date and time, you need to uncheck "Use small Icons". Is that what you mean?

No all of the taskbars abpve is using big icons
