Good point. I just like to use the current cars. Matt Kenseth won the Cup in 2003 but it was in the 17 Ford, he's now in the 20 Toyota.
Yet that year Matt did not win one race and won the championship and this year he won the most races and didn't win the championship go figure

I wouldn't put much difference in hood ornaments there isn't much difference under the hood because I'm pretty sure Toyota only provides Money

HE did win just one race, that caused NASCAR to make up the Chase system we have now. Austin Dillon won the NNWS with no wins this year.

    Thanks Hammer for the image.
I've got several similar but little time to do anything with which is what I prefer to do and that is make
my own sigs. I will request sigs to be made from time to time. Just need time to get back in the swing of it again.

The Gen 6 cars are all much different all around, it's a whale of a lot more than "hood ornaments". Toyota is the only manufacturer who insists on providing fully built engines to all Toyota team, they just tune them. Fords have Ford engines, Chevys have Chevy engines.
