How to change background and font on welcome screen

I maintain a computer at this Assisted Living facility. It's Os is Windows 7 Home Premium. There are six user accounts on the welcome page. They are hard to read. I would like to change the background and fonts to make it more readable for these elderly users.
    How?

    Logon Workshop

I used a program called "Logon Workshop" to modify my Logon screen (a MS update earlier this year replaced the dll and I haven't built a new one).

Here is the link I used:

I noticed a program called "Logon Workshop R2" during a search (I don't know if this is an updated version).

It can be tricky to use.
A member called Duzzy helped me.

Here is a thread I started, when I was trying to modify my Logon screen.
You may want to read through the thread, before attempting to use "Logon Workshop".

Create a backup HDD image, before using this program, as it modifies a system dll file.

I actually used a VM to create and test the modified dll file, before I transferred it to my physical installation.
