    Thanks for your reply,this software "Classic Shell" modifled all setting in my Start Menu.
    I try this "CustomExplorerToolbar".This is more helpful for me.thank you very much!CustomExplorerToolbar - Add Copy/Cut/Paste buttons to the Explorer toolbar of Windows 7
