Uninstalled theme but folder icons have stayed

Hello,

I installed a theme a few months ago but decided to remove it after a week or so.
The theme changed many things including the folder icons.
Now that I have removed the theme the folders haven't gone back to default Windows 7 ones.

Is there any way to get the default ones back?
Also I can't do a system restore.

Another thing I noticed was on one folder size it shows as the theme version but on a different zoom level it goes back to default.

Thanks a lot
Jack

Do Option 2 of this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to find and repair any corrupt system files that you have. You may need to do this up to 3 times with a reboot after each scan.

Then do Icon Cache - Rebuild and reboot.

Boot Screen: Looks Like XP Stayed...
I installed Windows 7 on a third machine of mine, (Netbook) and all is well except that the boot screen is somewhat similar to that of XP. There's the green graphic bar, and that's it--no Windows logo, or copywrite date, or anything like that? Any ideas?
