Windows 7: Help editing the Login Screen

Help editing the Login Screen

Using Windows 7 Enterprise - 32 bits

I am trying to edit the login screen so that it would only show the admin account and "other users" account (where other users would need to type in their user name and password).

From google, i am able to set it so that users would need to type in their user name and password, but i am not able to find anything that can help me change the picture that is associated with "other users" account. It is blank right now hopefully that I can use the university logo instead.

Thanks in advance.
