Logon screen dissappeared after a try to install icon pack

Hi, guys, I recently tried to personalize my pc to its fullest so I searched for icon pack installer, I downloaded it and launched it, first it opened cmd and it asked me to confirm the installation, of course I confirmed, and then it installed the icon pack, I didnt see the difference in my desktop, but afterwards it asked me to restart the system, it restarted the system and my logon screen have dissappeared, I couldnt write the password into the field, Im the only user on my pc, and Im the administrator, at first I began to boot my system with a set of tools, but they didnt help, I tried reseting my password with a bunch of windows 7 password reset utilities, but they also didnt help, so what should I do to just come to the system and open the same icon installer file and click on the uninstall the icon pack button, or somehow repair my system from this system failure? Thanks in advance

Hello Tituxas. and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if you may be able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before you did this may be able to undo and fix it.

    Hope this helps, :)
