How can I customize Windows Explorer to have a Session Manager?

Like a tab manager in a browser, but for Windows Explorer? I want to have a one-click open to open multiple windows (for when I'm working on some graphic design projects and have multiple windows to go back and forth in or moving around files).

QTTabBar 2 Brings Instant Tab Closing Options, Updated After 2 Years

I used it for awhile. It has tab sets you can name and set one to come up on explorer open.

Edit: It worked pretty well considering so many Explorer addon things are unstable. The main reason I stopped using it was dragging to a tab too often dropped what I was dragging into a subfolder of the tab. Then I had to search for it.

That looks like what I'm looking for, but doesn't seem to install/work on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit PC.

Is it the same as this?

QTTabBar - Browse Files at SourceForge.net Beta 2/

I'm pretty sure I had it running on 64 bit Vista. My W7 was 32 bit. But you can post here to find out what's up with it:
