Change default explorer address bar color to white

Hello,

There is option in Classic Shell to force Windows 7 explorer always show full path in the address bar. In this case the address bar color is grey on default. However, when I click on it the address bar becomes white.

Is there any way to change explorer address bar color so that it is always white (like XP was)?
