Windows 7: iconpacks (especially library) & cmd customize

hello guys, i´m looking for some nice icon packs (which will install itself with some clicks.. so not that i have to change every icon 1 by 1). or just some library icons (documents,downloads,music,video,pictures).

i added some icons which i rly like.. unfortually there is no "pictures" icon


i already checked the sticky thread and the icon packs the black glass icon pack looks pretty good but somehow its not what i was looking for

anyone can recommend me some?

also: does anyone have a tutorial about how to customize the cmd? Like makeing it transparent, other colour, maybe a picture as backround,...
