How can I put fonts into a "font family"?

I'm trying to install the Dan Smith's Tengwar font in Sindarin (because I'm a nerd like that ), but if you can see, there are many files involved. I actually struggled relatively hard even installing them, so layman's terms, please .

Hi also post a direct link to the fonts your wanting to install possibly we can assist,
Not sure about the font family need,
I have noticed Adobe and Microsoft add their names to the beginning of the fonts name to sort them together but I'm not sure how that effects the font in general and if it would effect the install of the font ?
When you install a font it goes into windows system fonts folder/ by given name of the font,
    Cheers.
