Cannot take ownership even though I'm admin

    Hello,
First of all I have no idea which category this lies under. So I'm hoping this one is okay.

I downloaded and installed a new theme on my computer (Windows 7) which went fine. But I also wanted to get the borders and arrows. Here comes the problem; I know I have to replace the "ExplorerFrame.dll" with the new one from the theme. But first of all I can't rename it and I definitely can't replace it. I can't take ownership either.

As you can see it's not an option for me even though I am the administrator of this computer. Oh, and my computer runs in Danish as you can see! Hope you still can see what's going on :) Anyone who can help? Thanks in advance!
