The outer glow around the text would probably look a bit better with less noise.

Colors are your friend I'm sure you'll find one you'll like with the same shadow or inner glow which ever you used,

Although you might want to add a stroke or border on the banner to create a nice effect. I also agree with Boozad, reducing the noise would bring out the effect more and make it look cleaner.
