Windows 7 shut down with custom messsage

Is it possible to shut down windows 7 with a custom message?

    I found this tool:

    Beyond Logic Shutdown for NT/2000/XP

But when I run it (through cmd or with a batch file), the application opens for a millisecond and then close without doing anything..

    Somebody can help me?

    Thanks

Yes it is possible.. as in you want to replace what ? the shutting down message ? or something else what exactly you want to achieve?

The tool in my previous post is perfect... if it works...

I want a messagebox to pop-up with a custom message, and the possibility to cancel the shutdown.

This will change the text on the welcome screen.
Welcome Log On Text Message - Change

    Or the Logging Off message
Logging off... Text Message - Change

    Or the Shutting down screen.

Shutting down... Text Message - Change

@Britton30: there is no option to cancel the action in your tutorials...

@nooruddin76: well that's the question, why is it not working here? Why is it closed after a millisecond...

Try this out.. make a shortcut of it .. and then right click the shorcut ..properties..run.. select normal window.. ok.. and then run the shortcut instead of the program
