How do i remove shortcuts from the start menu navigation pane

So with a bit of tinkering I figured out how to change the default folders on the start menu navigation pane, but now that I have the proper 'Downloads' folder that I wanted I'm completely stumped on how to get rid of the first one I created (the one with the small arrow next to it.) Any tips on how I could remove this?

Hello Ben, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You can go to your customize Start Menu settings in the tutorial below to add or remove these shortcut buttons, and to have them either display as a menu or link. Unchecking Documents should remove it.

    Start Menu - Customize

    Hope this helps, :)
