Windows 7: How:Disable Minimize of Windows When mouse on Thumbnail

Dear friends I've got a big problem.



My computer at my work has Multi-screen, I've got 8 Monitor on my computer and I use them all to my work --the Primary is my desktop and the other 7 is for informations to my clients at work.

Now here is my problem,
When I'm going the mouse to taskbar over the Thumbnails (I want to right click...and Close or Maximize-minimize) all the other Windows are getting "Disappear" --Minimize
And I don't want my other monitors to get Minimize!! I only want to close-minimize-maximize the selected Window and nothing else! I don't want my clients to see an empty screen


Is there any trick to change it?

Anyone for this one? Any Registry "trick" to turn off this annoying "Game" with the open windows!!

Is there any Registry variable that can I change to "HKEY-C-U/Control Panel/Desktop" and Disable this annoying Think that make transparent 100% (or Minimize) to all the windows except the "Selected Thumbnail Window" when mouse over Thumbnail.

If I can't Disable the Minimize/Transparent of The windows....Is it possible to Add the Menu list of Minimize-Maximize-Move-Size-Close etc. at the "Classical Position" like Vista/XP has to, When I right Click on the Takskbar Window and NOT on the Thumbnail Window. Realy this is very-very annoying...every time I want to Maximize or Risize or Minimize thw Windows from the Taskbar I must First Go Over The Taskbar to Show the Thumbnail and When the Thumbnail is shows I mast Right Click over it and Then click Over ex. Minimize!! This is Very Very annoying!! Especially When you are using a multimonitor System With the other Monitor are NOT near the user!

I think that Microsoft believes that "Pin Program to taskbar" is more usefull than Minimize-Maximize-move-size!!!!


And NO I Don't want to use Shift+Right Click all the Time to Have the Old menu!! I Want The Opposite! I want Shift+Right to Show me The "Pin Program to Taskbar" and Just right Click to Show me the Normal menu!! Does anyone knows how to do that??
