Custom window colours on per app basis

All apps look alike especially when they overlap with a big blank blue bar at the top. I would like at least each of my browsers to have a different colour. Skinning/theming the browser does not change the top bar.

Is there a way to pull this off?

I can change all the colours on all the apps no problem. I am trying to make each app have different window border colours.

Ideally I would like to get rid of the bars altogether. They are just a waste of real estate. Then the skinning colours would be visible with just the top of a window peeking out.

I don't know if there is a specific way to change the colors of every window of every app you use, or if you could take them out alltogether (I'm guessing that would require extensive modding), but I use this program, Dexpot:
Dexpot | Virtuelle Desktops für Windows
It lets you customize all sorts of things, and even use cool effects like the popular cube to change desktops. And best of all, it's free to use.

I don't know how to get rid of the bar completely, but if you go via Personalization > Window color > Advanced appearance settings you can bring the top bar down to size 13. You also have to change the font down to 6! Same place you can reduce the active windows border down to 1 and the border padding to 0
