Actually, I didn't do any eraser work.

I found it in a Google search. I'm on my iPad, but if you Google "Mustang PNG" you should find it pretty quickly.
If your just posting an image from Google or Bing please say so this is the Custom created desktop images primarily but if you like a image just simple tell us you didn't do anything to it

I was wondering if I should have done that, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for letting me know Mike.

I'll add a link to the car to my post.

Thanks via rules the original source of the image is asked for in case someone would want a different size for their machine,
It is appreciated but just saying I didn't make it is cool too,

But primarily please don't make a habit out of Google/ Bing search image posting once in a while is cool but this thread is really about Creating images not posting other peoples images or creations here unless it's clearly stated in the post,

Otherwise Create a wall of your own making that's really what we want buddy
Cheers.

Okay, that makes since. But what about when I remove a background from something and the put that something into another background which I have made. Would that be one of those things that I should only do once in awhile?

Good question,
That is what I thought you did on the first one because you didn't go into any details about the wall
Add Details/ Details/ Details
In that case it's all welcomed but don't narrow your creative energies to using images and the eraser tool there are allot of other tools/ Templates for patterns/ Brushes...
Not to mention allot of youtube tutorials available to do some cool stuff for all photo editing programs GIMP especially but there are a few for paint.net as well just not as many,

Even quite a few for InkScape for drawing and or tracing items like the Peanuts gang
