Additional hide/window mode button?

I wonder, what utility makes that possible to do such things with windows? Here is a couple of screenshots.

I'm not sure what that additional button is though. Flip-3D does not add that.

Hide files action button/shortcut/command ?
I want to create a button that will toggle hide files and folders. Or a shortcut say, or may be registry key change pair files. Some folders such as svn are hidden, so I need to keep switching it off and on frequently. because i don't like to see those ini files and other system files. Regards.
