Start Menu Mods

Hello, it's been a long time since I've posted here, but I am (again) looking for a start menu mod (preferrably the start menu mod that adds the feature of being able to shut down the pc after "so many hours" pass by). Does anyone know what start menu mod I am after? I know it's not free to download, but I am looking for it anyway. It's for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit version.

Edit: I found what I was looking for.
