How to eliminate window border?

I would like to either:

- Make the window border TOTALLY black. Note that I have tried everything, but even with a "black" border, there will be a fine white line.

or

- Completely eliminate the window border.

But

the condition is that I can still somehow resize the window. Ideally, I could either get a totally black border (the minimize/maximize/close are still OK to have) or eliminate it completely but the border would come up when moving the mouse near it (kind of like how the taskbar hides).

A third party software is OK to do this, but I can't seem to find anything. I am trying to run media center in windowed mode and really want to get rid of the while line. I can run it with the /nochrome option, but that won't let me move or resize the window.

Any idea? Seems sooooo simple, but yet sooo difficult.
