How to fix Start menu after disabling windows search with VSB?

I have Windows search disabled and Aero version of my theme with images in Start menu has this ugly thing (1st image). And it should look like on the 2nd image. Can any1 help me to fix it?

What theme is that your using, And i honestly have no idea. Try re-installing the theme?

That's actually a known issue, it is indeed because you removed the search. See the replies after this post:

Mr. Grim would likely be the only one who could say if that could be "fixed"
