Custom Made Sig and Avatar [16]

So most sig's are made in Photoshop or what? I want to create something myself, I'll promise it won't look like something the cat dragged in.

I started out with https://www.gimp.org/downloads/ it's free and it's not too hard to use there's a lot of tutorials on the Internet.
There's also Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing that is free.
I now use Photoshop I also have CorelDRAW X6.

Photoshop costs money. If you want something free try Gimp or Paint.Net. Paint.net is simpler for beginners.
