I can't change my wallpaper in personalization & right-clicking pict

I can change my wallpaper only by right click - 'to choose like wallpaper. There is a 'set as desktop background' option too but it never works. When I try to change theme, only window color and music change, background and screen saver don't. Any idea what it could be?

Welcome to Seven Forums Rizkiyani. Your specs say Windows 7 Ultimate, correct? I ask because To choose like wallpaper is an unusual option, I see it from Windows 7 Starter users who have added a program called Starterbackgroundchanger because Starter doesn't allows you to change the desktop background.

Please confirm we are not talking about Starter, and that that program is not installed on your PC. If that is correct, try this:

Navigate to C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes folder

(If AppData is hidden, use step 3 of this tutorial to unhide it File and Folder - Hide or Unhide )

Delete the TranscodedWallpaper.jpg and see if the Set as desktop background now works. A Guy
