Hello sundeep, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Of course you'll need to have the program open for it's icon on the taskbar to have a thumbnail preview of it.

If you do, then double check through the options in the tutorial below to make sure that you have taskbar thumbnail previews enabled.

Taskbar Thumbnail Previews - Enable or Disable

Hope this helps for now,
Shawn

no help

Hello Shawn

Thanks for your quick response,

Sorry for not providing you the info in the first go.

so the program is open and instead for the thumbnail preview i just get a list.

I am not sure but what i believe is that you don't need a software like a tweaker to achieve the desired thing.

The steps mentioned in the link are very confusing also please help.

Regards

No problem. Does it look like OPTION THREE for you? If so, see if using an Aero theme (step 1) in that option may help.

Several times already, for no reason some program icons on the taskbar (pinned to taskbar) change into icons that look like the program is missing. Upon clicking the icon, as the program opens, it changes to the correct icon and keeps it until the program is closed.
