    Printing coloured background! help

So I have a stardock theme called simplico. One thing it does is give everything an off white background including word etc.

How do I NOT print this background? It is wasting ink!

    Thanks

Maybe in the program and File, Page Setup or Print Setup there's a setting for printing or not printing the background color? A lot of programs have such a setting, for example Internet Explorer and Firefox have the setting. Or maybe it's in the program's skins setting you have? Or maybe something here:

    While in a word document> File> Print (Ctrl+P)> Options

    Printing coloured background! help-options.jpg

Include with document> Uncheck Background colors and images

I take it you don't have that option? It is also available via

    Tools> Options> Print tab

You mentioned Word, are there other, non office places you print from that have this issue?

Since IE is integrated into windows, also make sure that it is set not to print backgrounds

Open IE> File> Page setup> Uncheck Print Background Colors and Images

Hi, I don't actually have word itself, but I found what you mentioned in word viewer.

There just isn't the option in wordpad or notepad. I don't have another word processor. So I guess I will have to print via word viewer.

I will update if there are other problems or if this is solved.

    Thanks

Look for the IE setting, it is tied into other Windows programs. A Guy
