File View in Folder

    File View in Folder


    I was playing about with adding date modified to sort out some files, but now i can't get rid of this view, which i don't like, it's probably something very easy, only if you know how lol

    here's the view, you'll see the red arrows for what is not going away

    Press the ALT key to bring up the menu bar. Then go to View - Group By. Change it to (None)

I got a new computer with intel i7 chip and windows 7. I had all of my music/photos/files backed up on a 2TB external harddrive. I copied all of the files from the backup to the new computer harddrive. Here's where it gets strange. I have over 6000 songs that were kept in one folder each...
Hi With my folders I usually change the view options to "Details", and order either "alphabetically" or by "date modified" but when I restart these settings are not saved and I have to do it again. Not the end of the world but is it something I can help or is it not? Thanks in advance ...

Hey guys, Is there any way to make a reg file that I can tweak ALL the windows explorer views to show just the following: Name | Size | Date modified http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/4108/win7v.png Windows drives me crazy with it's "defaults" for various views. Any help appreciated.
