Great utility, works better than editing the registry.

Wow, I didn't know it was possible to disable full row select. Very cool.

It seems that even when the labels are on the right one cannot set the icons to 32px. It is simply impossible in modern Explorer. You either get greater than 32px or smaller.

I have noticed that other applications (such as MMC) use SysListView32 with 32x32px icons (not to mention the desktop), meaning the capability is obviously still there. So I was wondering if it would theoretically be possible to create a DLL that could be injected into Windows on boot that would add a 32x32px view mode. Now this would require some programming. But hey, it's an idea. Maybe it could work.

Exactly, so if a DLL were to inject code into Windows, it could perhaps add a new view that would use 32x32 icons, since the capability is clearly still there.

Here's something interesting. I was researching folder views (specifically the FFlags registry data), and I came across this:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...(v=vs.85).aspx

This is all pretty interesting, but what caught my attention was 'FWF_DESKTOP'. I decided to modify an FFlags value to enable FWF_DESKTOP, and I was able to enable 32x32px icons. The only problem here is that folders will behave exactly like the desktop, meaning that icons will automatically align to the left side of the view. So this probably isn't the best solution, but I'll keep experimenting with folder views.

Does not work for me. I have the flag 0x20 (FWF_DESKTOP) always on. It does not affect anything. How do you manage to get 32px icons?

I think it is fixable using AHK.

FWF_DESKTOP is 0x00000020. 0x2 is FWF_SUBSETGROUPS. It's the 2nd to last number/byte. Set it to 2, and set IconSize
