Windows 7: taskbar item colors

taskbar item colors

hello! i have two questions that i will ask you, here is the first one:

i noticed that the color of the icons in the task bar change when i roll over them. some change to orange, some to yellow, etc. i was wondering what controls this, and how i can change it.

also, a "bug" i have noticed is that if you roll over a taskbar icon (say, windows explorer) it will have a tiny light under it indicating it is in focus. when you move the mouse upwards and therefor out of the taskbar, the item stays "focused", and a little popup message appears, telling you the name of the object. the object will not get de-focused unless you right click on it to open its menu, then click somewhere else like your desktop.

i know its not a big issue, but i really like win 7 so far, and its like having a scratch mark on a brand new Mercedes.

if you want screenshots of either of these, please let me know.

g'day.
