How-To Change Color / Hide Windows Photo Viewer Top Bar

Hey folks, pretty much summarized in the title, I am looking forward for a way to change the color of the top bar seen in windows photo viewer so it could match the Visual style I am using. Or simply hide it through a registry hack or something if color change isn't possible. I've attached an image below. Any help would be appreciated!

The easiest way to have a certain color is to do the following:

Disable transparency under - in search type "adjust the appearance and performance of windows."

Then under personalization in control panel choose window color and pick the color you want. You can also mess with the color mixer to get it exactly the way you want it.

umm, but the only reason is that i want to match it with visual style i plan on using and if i disable transparency than it destroys the purpose becuz the VS is transparent... im talking about the blue band thing, not borders to be super clear, is it not possible to change color w/o disabling transparency? or atleast hide it?

Are you talking about the color of the file print email etc bar?

If so I know of no way of doing that officially within the OS. Most likely you would need to do a custom mod to change that.

    Sorry about that.
