| | Ok. I tried to copy the dll file to the system32 folder and the windows media player folder to the location it should go for wmp12 to work. It says I don't have permission and I can't get around that confirmation box. Everything is set but windows won't allow me to copy the files. How do I get rid of the Vista confirmations overall and also for me to get the dll and folder for the WMP to work? Please assist. |

| | Honestly unless you want to seriously stuff your OS I would leave it well alone, just wait until they have released it for Vista or try the Windows 7 Beta, the way you are doing things will not work unless you change registry settings and setup ownerships for the files you want to replace and you will need a resource hacker to modify the files so Vista will use them and God knows what else, it just wont work. |
