My Windows Theme is messes up

I Keep Trying to add a new theme but every time I do it goes back to windows classic so I change it back to aero and I already had the universal patch updater and updated it all so now i'm a bit lost. Idk if i'm missing any files or not here are some pics of my themes and Personalization.

Hi Classy Jester and welcome to WSF, have you tried downloading the same theme and comparing the files to see if you have anything missing.

yes i have downloaded several themes and they all go to classic but when it goes to classic it looks a bit different like its classic but not quite

Click the link below and follow the instructions in Option 2.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
When the SFC scan has completed, restart your PC.

Once the SFC scan is complete, restart your PC then download and run

Restart your PC again then see how things work.
