2d flip

Hi,

a little introduction first:
I have 2 different mice and a touchpad i use with my laptop. One of them is Microsoft arc mouse. In intellipoint it is possible to set a custom function on a mouse button, it is called Flip(default). When you click it, it is calling a grid (mac-os) style preview of all windows opened.

It looks just like this:

After some some time toying with my PC a found out, that when you call for a Flip(default) function, action being processed is somehow related with dll located here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft IntelliPoint\Components\Commands\DPGFlip

So my question is: is it somehow possible to create a shortcut to call that function so I can map it on my 2 other mice?

Thanks in advance.
