Click next, assign name as Flip-3D.

Awesome! Thanks, Zidane24! Is there an alternative where you can just utilize Windows key + Tab shortcut without the need to hold down the Windows key? I hate having to press 3 keys just allow Windows Flip 3D to stay in that mode.

You could use this Flip 3D shortcut below. It's the same as pressing Windows Key + CTRL + TAB. You would then just press the Tab key to cycle through the opened windows afterwards.
