Hi there
I'm messing about on a Windows 2003 server Virtual machine at the moment and am in the middle of doing this.
I first did the steps to convert your windows 2003 server to behve like a desktop OS (you need to make some changes because normally a server OS is not the best to run as a workstation OS. - I've got a post on how to do that in the virtualisation section.
Now I've got as far as getting themes active -- I like the Royal Noir one with the wall paper from the W7 Spanish regional theme.
I like the bold black titles in the Royale Noir theme. Don't forget also to enable CLEARTYPE as it makes the fonts a lot more readable.
Enc desktop so far.
I'll have a go later with the Aero and logon stuff.
