Customized a Ultimate x64 build. Didn't add Ease of Access. How to add

This is my first attempt at making a lite version of windows 7.

    My issue is this:

I did not install Ease of Access and because of it I do not have the official Windows Text To Speech ( TTS ) nor Speech Recognition Support.

Therefore I cannot use programs without their own speech engine. Most use the included Windows as the engine unfortunately

Does anyone know how I would go about modifying my install WITHOUT having to reinstall my entire OS and select to have the features I want installed all over again?

Greatly appreciate the help and I hope I posted this in the correct place!

Ouch that sounds like a lot work, I've modified many ease of access dependicies. Coding all of it back in will take a lot of time and intimate knowledge of the system. If you are really pressed not to reinstall though I think it would be easier though you can have a virtual box image of a brand new copy of windows that matches your version info and reverse engineer the applet into your os. Use PE Explorer is faster shows you what files depend on what. Helps build a map in your head.
