when I manualy change the background (go into personalize then click a pic) the trascodedwallpaper changes to whichever pic I clicked. I also changed the names of the pics didn't do anything... (thanks for the help so far btw)

I don't know where the transcoded.... is coming from,
Like I said before if the images name in the url address bar doesn't say jpg at the end of it pass on that image because something has been embedded into the file
Did I offer the free scanners please use them if you haven't yet.

I am currently running the spyware scan but I have gone and gotten pics all with .jpg at the end of the url and the "transcodedwallpaper" is still there but the rotation is fine...
