    Personilization Panel wont load any of my themes.


    My personilazation panel has stopped working. Not sure when, but noticed yesterday. i go to the screen and all four icons on the bottom say "loading" but nothing ever loads. I can click on the icons and im directed to change the window colors etc, but the panel never loads the installed themes.

    Well, you can try a System Restore but since you don't know when this started I am not sure if you will be successful.

    Try run in cmd: sfc /scannow

    Does it work with another account? User Account - Create

Control panel failed to load

I am having issues with the control panel: I am getting a message with most control panel pages saying "this page failed to load" I ran sfc/ scannow and it froze at 6% with an error (see attached pic). I am running Win7 64 bit home premium. If anyone can help that would be great.
