possible to move the windows button?

I were just wondering, is it possible to make the Windows button position itself on the bottom-left side of the screen when the taskbar is at the left side?
either by windows or custom themes?

Move the start button
This seems an obviousl request to move the start button to the base of the screen - find the user experience daunting and not a fan of having the file menu next to the start button. can someone build something clever to acheive this? Thanks Mickey
Start Menu - Replace Shut Down Button, with Lock Button
