Windows 7 - Second taskbar on a single monitor?

Does anyone know of a program that will allow you to have a second taskbar on a single monitor?

I know the creator of Ultramon said he is considering adding support for this in a future version of the program, but who knows when that will be. I really can't believe no one has done this yet.

Any help?

Yeah I actually just started using Nexus as of yesterday after reading one of your posts. Is there a way to show systray icons in it? Also is there a skin that would make it look like an actual taskbar (the Windows 7 one)?

Object Dock will do the SysTray. I do not think Nexus does, but I am a recent user. You cvan get running tasks in it.

You can tweak the appearance to emulate the taskbar's apperance, but I do not know if there is an existing theme.
