    Custom Themes Is Not Working...


    Hello,

    I followed this guide to install the Lucent theme that is on deviart.

    Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

    For some strange reason the theme just stays the same as windows.

    I have tried the other alternative but that did not fix it.
