How to del Font folder contain new installed fonts by default Fonts W7

Hello everyone!
After install a clean of Window 7 Pro version, i installed new many fonts. Now i want to delete current Fonts folder by default Font folder of Window 7.

Please tell me how to do that?

Win7 Pro 32bit; Zorin OS 9 Core (in VM)
 
 

You can't delete this folder because it is in use by Windows.

You can do this, though, courtesy of our own A Guy:
