How to increase edge and corner grabbing for resizing a window?

Windows 7 x64 with Windows 10 Transformation Pack installed.
I need to tweak the "snapping" area for the mouse cursor needed to resize a window, because many times it takes me several tries to properly grab it, especially at the corners.
Is it possible to increase that? If yes, please drop here some instructions.

    Thank you very much.
