Adding Hyperlinked Buttons to CTRL ALT DEL Login Screen

For enterprise logins, I need to add hyperlinked buttons or text to the login screen which will open a web browser to allow you to modify your login credentials outside of the Windows system.

When you hit ctrl alt del, there will be 2 more links to those already present, one to Unlock your account and the other for Forgot Password. Seems simple enough...

Been googling and researching for a while. Will continue, this forum seemed like a good place to post while I continue my quest...

I've seen it on other systems, need to implement on ours. Any pointers greatly appreciated.

TIA,
PittCaleb
