Rebind Alt+F4 to Ctrl+Alt+Esc

Hi, as the title suggests I would like to rebind alt f4 command to ctrl alt esc.

I looked this up on google and found some suggestions to use an AHK script or download a program like SharpKeys. The problem is that these seem to rebind either alt or f4 individually but not the combination of the two. I would also like to not run a script every time I log in if possible.

The reason I'm doing this is that I play some video games where I use basically my entire keyboard for keybinds, and alt f4 is actually fairly easy to press where my hand sits. Rebinding individual buttons makes things worse instead of helping, I need to rebind the entire combination.
