It's the Desktop right click menu, I believe.

However unless you post the question in English we can't help you. We have no idea what the problem is.

I believe this is the Windows Image Viewer.

As a guess, I think maybe the original poster wants to remove these options.

The question I'd have is "why?".

You may be able to edit the registry to do this, depending on what program it is. I'm not sure that's a good idea, though.

What program is this?
