Any Image to .dll (resource file)

Lot off applications ask for .dll file to replace icon !
Ouch, Tired & drop dead trying to find way on net, and now seems that is my brain wake up suddenly !!!
We have various images (probably) in libraries and folders, and know how to make .ico !
There is many online converters (as Online converter - convert video, images, audio and documents for free) or we can download very good and free tool Format factory (link: Format Factory - Free media file format converter)
I want to upload it but it is 50 Mb (exceed size limit of 8 Mb ! ) Sorry !!!
But how to make .dll file from .ico, png jpg or any image ???
Really simple: using Resource Hacker (Resource Hacker)
Open Resource Hacker (in Pfx86 - create shortcut)
- Create New Blank Script (Ctrl+N),
- Action Add Single Binary or Image Resource ... , open .ico or any image, add resource,
- Save as .dll file (manually give a name and extension .dll)
AND YOU HAVE OWN .dll file for a eye blink !!!
That is all, hope that I help someone !!!
P.S. I Waste half day trying to find solution or tool on web, but nothing, not event hint !!!
I believe that most of advanced users know that, what I explain here, but how is not any help on web, let
SevenForums be first who will give it on web, and once more time show and prove that is best !!!
SevenForums is the best and deserve to be a best !!! and let show that again !!!

Be free & Happy !
